Great Dynamic Indonesia sells welding systems, CNC machines, and industrial supply solutions across Indonesia. The products are strong. The trade relationships are established. But digitally, GDI was invisible — and internally, the operation was running on disconnected systems, personal email accounts, and manual processes that hadn't been rethought in years.
Their Google rating was 3.2 stars. For an industrial supplier competing for buyer trust, that's not a branding problem — it's a revenue leak. Every prospective customer searching for equipment suppliers in Indonesia was seeing that number and moving on. Social media was dormant. The showroom had no branded presence to convert the foot traffic they were already getting.
Internally, the gaps were structural. Business data lived in silos with no way to get a unified view of operations. Staff communication and customer correspondence sat in personal inboxes — outside the company's control and invisible to management. Repetitive manual workflows consumed hours of staff time daily. GDI's leadership understood the diagnosis: they didn't need a website refresh. How we helped Great Dynamic
What We Did We operate as GDI's integrated digital partner across two concurrent tracks.
Brand and marketing. We took GDI from digitally invisible to digitally dominant in their market category. Social media content we created and managed has generated 2.7 million in total reach over the past year — building brand recognition across the Indonesian industrial buyer audience. We engineered a Google Reviews turnaround that moved GDI from 3.2 stars to 4.9 — transforming their most visible trust signal from a liability into a competitive advantage. And we brought the brand into the physical space, designing lightbox displays and branded assets for GDI's showroom that convert foot traffic into sales conversations.
IT infrastructure and digitalisation. We are executing a phased roadmap to make GDI data-centric and AI-ready. Microsoft 365 migration is bringing approximately 20 users onto company-controlled communication and collaboration infrastructure — securing business data, enabling AI-powered workflows, and replacing the personal-email chaos. A centralised data lake is being built to unify GDI's fragmented business data into a single source of truth — the prerequisite for every analytics, reporting, and AI initiative that follows. A dedicated Mac Studio AI server has been deployed for secure, on-premises data processing and model training. And n8n workflow automation is being implemented to systematically eliminate the manual, repetitive work that currently drains operational capacity.
